Professional Coordinators
The need for PCO’s (Professional Coordinators) in South Africa is growing, especially in view of the 2010 Soccer World Cup. The demanding jobs of Marketing Staff, PA’s and Secretaries makes it very difficult for these key people in every business to arrange not only a function, but a successful and smooth running function, that will leave your clients, co-workers and associates with the want and need of “what are they going to do next time”?
With all due respect to all the professionals in the corporate world and all the brides to be and all the working mom’s who have the honor of hosting a black tie event at their homes, we do this for a living and as opposed to the annual or once in a life time events, why not leave it to CCE, who do this every day and for a living?
How ?
We have long standing professional relationships with a number of establishments that pays us a marketing fee for promoting their products and services. We are proud to say we only deal with reputable companies and individuals, highly used and thought of in the hospitality industry.
Charges
Should you require the services (which we will strongly recommend) of an Events Coordinator attending a function a professional fee will be charged. This charge will vary because of time spent at the function, before and after. Accommodation, traveling and meals will also be taken into consideration.
